What are the Christmas Shipping Cut-Offs?
We strongly recommend placing orders before the following cut-off times in order to get the best chance of getting your order before December 25th.
Next-Day Shipping: Dec 20th – 11AM PST
Standard Shipping: Dec 11th – 11AM PST
Two-Day Shipping: Dec 19th – 11AM PST
International Shipping Info
We offer international shipping to the following countries listed below. Duties & Taxes are charged at checkout so nothing is due upon delivery.
International orders usually take 3-5 weeks in transit. These shipments are not day-definitive services which means tracking information can be delayed and ETA’s are not always accurate.
International returns are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer international exchanges.
Countries: Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, and Turkey.
*Please note that International orders are unfortunately not eligible to receive free shipping as part of our rewards program.
**We may not be able to ship to international PO Boxes. If you get an error message that states “Shipping not available for selected address”, this means we cannot ship to the address you entered. If possible, please enter in a different shipping address and attempt to process your order.
Tracking says delivered but I haven’t received it
This is an unfortunate and rare occurrence. Occasionally a courier will tag a package as delivered before it’s been physically dropped off. If you believe an order shows as being delivered but you have not yet received it, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to see if the delivery driver left it in an usual spot. You can also check the tracking number on the couriers website to see if they left any details or pictures of where the package was left.
Step 2: Check with your neighbors to see if the delivery driver made a mistake and delivered it to the incorrect address. If you live in an apartment complex, check with your front office to see if it was left with them or left in a mailroom.
Step 3: Wait until the end of the day, usually after 8pm or 9pm. In some rare cases delivery drivers may accidentally mark the incorrect package as delivered and yours has yet to be delivered to your door yet. We recommend waiting until the end of the delivery day to see if it shows up.
Step 4: Contact your order’s shipping provider (UPS/FedEx/OnTrac/USPS) and provide them with your tracking number. They may have more information to help you find your package or may be able to identify if it is still in their possession.
Step 5: If you’ve completed the steps above and are still unable to locate your package, you please contact hezhongev customer service for assistance. Please note that once the order is shipped and in transit, it is the couriers responsibility to deliver the order to the shipping address you provided at checkout.
Stolen Packages
hezhongev is not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend contacting the non-emergency number for your local law enforcement to file a police report. Additionally, we recommend changing your shipping address to a more secure location for future orders if possible.
Return Policy
hezhongev offers free U.S. returns on items that meet the following criteria:
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of your orders ship date.
- Item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Your item must have been purchased through our website, not from a store/retailer.
- We DO NOT accept returns/refunds on items that were part of a special offer.
- If your return is approved, it will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks once received by our warehouse. We appreciate your patience.
- All Mystery Items are final sale and as such, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, you will need:
- Your order # (can be found in your confirmation email)
- The shipping zip code

*Please note that orders that are shipped to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) are not eligible for free returns.
Exchange Policy
hezhongev offers free U.S. Exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:
- Exchange must be initiated within 30 days of your orders ship date.
- Exchanges are for SIZE only (we cannot exchange for different styles and/or prints)
- Exchanges are only offered for products that are currently available.
- Exchanges are only offered for domestic US orders. We do not offer international exchanges.
- Item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Your item must have been purchased through our website, not from a store/retailer.
- If your exchange is approved, it will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks once received by our warehouse. We appreciate your patience.

When will out of stock items be restocked?
We restock our most popular items but not everything gets restocked.
If you are interested in certain styles or prints, we recommend signing up for the back in stock email alert. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away via email! To do this:
- Visit the product page of your favorite items
- Select the size that is out of stock.
- Click the red “NOTIFY ME”” button on the right side of the page and enter your email address.
Do you have a store?
We do not have a physical store but you can find hezhongev Underwear in several national and local retailers or on hezhongev.com. For a list of retailers that carry hezhongev, please check our retailers page.
